The Yavin 4 and 99 Moonbase, two clubs dedicated to science fiction film and television, have launched the science-fiction writing contest Space Prophecies, which aims to make known all the works by emerging authors' internal groups of fans as the two organizers.
The competition itself is divided into two distinct sections, the first of which is purely science fiction, the second is to collect writings inspired by the world of Star Wars or a TV series of Gerry Anderson (Space 1999, UFO, Thunderbirds , etc.). or any crossover.
The length limit is set to 20000 characters, and each participant is allowed to compete with one story for each section.
Participation in the first section includes a contribution of € 5 and the second section is free.
The works should be sent to the e-mail mrmilbury@virgilio.it . Click here
