Express Gate Installation Incomplete

CHAT

morning shooting among the blogs I found a very pretty rich of a Romanian girl who lives in Italy, and between one another and chat, I was curious about the recipe of the Romanian and chat now I had the wish to try to close in goodness Carnival. The site is

this visit it because it's worth it.

I copy the recipe here which I made a small change by replacing butter with vegetable oil (just to the Mardi Gras I remembered a recipe to make light!)

* * 50 gr butter

1 egg * 1
tablespoon sugar * 5 tablespoons plain yogurt

* *

salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract *

lemon zest to taste flour

* * *

oil for frying powdered sugar vanilla

.. ...........................................
Mix in a bowl the egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, yogurt, vanilla, grated lemon peel and butter melted and cooled. At the end add the flour is enough to get a smooth and elastic. Knead for about 10-15 minutes, will give the shape of a ball and let it rest wrapped with a cloth for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough in order to get the dough thin enough thickness of about 2-3 mm. and a wheel-cut scalloped, produced strips or rectangles, diamonds of 8-10 cm by 4 cm (or measure you want), and practiced on each of them a cut, without reaching the end. Pass one end into the cut and pull (see photo). I preferred to make them but can do so on each of these two central and parallel cuts lengthwise. Dip the strips in hot oil and fry until hot but not browned, turning the strips in oil. Drain on absorbent paper. When you become almost cold sprinkle with powdered sugar icing.

Royal Rumble Drinking Game

BREAD WEEKLY

Per la decorazione potete spolverare di flour, or brush with beaten egg with a tablespoon of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy, or even, according to the suggestion of Ciccio Sultan, chef at Ragusa Ibla, decorate with a spicchietto of tomatoes, dried oregano, a drizzle 'oil and salt crystals.
let rise 30 minutes, then bake at 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
also preserved for the next day, but usually do not advance!

I have not had time nor had the ingredients and season to embellish the outside, but they were equally delicious.

This is a nice plate of bread with tomato sauce seasoned with good olive estravergine olive oil that I have granted after a nice piece of baked bread, made with flour and add 0 kamut flour and wheat, which has come really good and gave me great satisfaction.

This is another piece of bread, always made from the mixture of flour and yeast mother added with a bit of yeast to accelerate the leavening, delicious roast pork stuffed with Roman.
