These are pancakes that are used in Sardinia Carnival, in the Sardinian dialect called "cattas" and there are several ways to prepare them, I will do as my mom always did.
The ingredients are:

• 1 glass of orange juice
• 1 glass of white wine
• Baking powder ½ sachet
• Oil for frying (peanut seeds)
Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and gradually add the other ingredients that simply making sure the flour does not form lumps. Finally add the yeast and, if you notice that the batter is too strong, dilute it with milk. Let the mixture stand for about ten minutes. Then
