Costolette di agnello impanate
Ingredienti:
1 o 2 costolette d’agnello
1 o 2 uova
Pane grattugiato qb
Sale qb
Olio per friggere Mash slightly
chops, beat the eggs, dip the cutlets in the egg and roll in bread crumbs; ripassarle twice if you want un'impanatura thicker. Heat oil, fry the cutlets until adoratura, put them to drain on paper towels and season with salt.
serve with salad.
